Health Log #1


Tomorrow, I start a course that requires me to do physio, exercise and a two hour gym session everyday for three weeks straight. Let me just start by saying, I get out of breath walking to the toilet at night. (And no it isn't because I'm horrified of the dark and have to sprint incase a murderer sprints out from the darkness to attack me.... vivid imagination, i know)  It is because I'm thoroughly out of shape, and I don't exercise, like ever. So this is going to be a really big thing for me, and I don't think my body is going to be happy with me for that or one of the other rather difficult requirements of the course... that I eat healthily. *queue ridiculous movie like dun dun dunnnnn type noise* This course is really going to test me, emotionally and physically... but yes, back to my original intentions for the post. I was thinking I'll do a health log on here for you guys, i.e what exercise I'm doing and how long for, how i'm finding it and how effective it has been. Also what I've been eating, and together we can keep track of my *hopeful* weightloss and this will give you a realistic idea of how to properly and healthily lose weight and hopefully i'll give you some 'thinspiration.' I won't be your thinspiration of course, that would just be crazy, but I'll give you the inspiration hopefully, to get up and about and do something about your health, and your weight, if like me, you feel you resemble something similar to that of Shamu.
